The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy. We will not sell or voluntarily give any of your personal information, phone number, email, etc to any other person/company that is not affiliated with Kicksballs.com. We use an SSL certificate on kicksballs.com so that any personal information that is entered is strongly protected from being hacked or stolen.

  • Consumer Agreement
  • When purchasing a live reptile through kicksballs.com it is the purchasers responsibility to know all state and local laws concerning your purchase. We know our local and state laws, but it is not our responsibility to memorize every other state and local law.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • When purchasing through kickballs.com we ship to the continental U.S. only. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available at this time. Any live snake purchased through our site will be shipped for overnight delivery, and someone must be home to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. Your ship to address must be filled out correctly, any missing apartment number, suite number or misspelled address will void any guarantee. Normal delivery time is before 10:30am but can be later due to your location.

    Communication is important when shipping a live snake and we do not want anything to happen to your new snake. We will contact you after your order is placed by phone or email to set up a day that you will be home to receive your new snake. We can also set up shipping to your choice of Fedex customer pick up facilities. This way you can pick your snake up early in the morning instead of waiting for your package to be delivered. The day that we ship your package we will provide you with a tracking number from the carrier. For Fedex priority shipping to the location that you entered, and on the day of your choice, we charge a flat rate of $50. We guarantee live arrival when weather is between 40-90 degrees Fahrenheit, requested shipping above or below these temperatures voids any guarantees. If weather conditions are inappropriate for shipping at the time of purchase we will gladly hold your purchase until the weather is appropriate to ship.

    We also attend many expos in NY, OH, PA and the surrounding areas. You can leave a deposit or pay for a snake in full and pick it up at an expo we are attending. Please contact us for upcoming expos near you.

  • New York state customers will be charged 8% sales tax on eligible purchases.

  • Return Policy
  • All snakes are guaranteed to arrive healthy and correctly sexed. All hets(heterozygous) are guaranteed to be 100% hets unless otherwise noted as, but to limited to, possible het, ph, 66%, or 50%. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us with in 12 hours. If anything arrives DOA, the package arrives damaged, or something is missing we must be notified within 2 hours of delivery.

    Any guaranteed is voided if improper shipping address is provided, or if shipping is requested above 90 or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

    It is hard to offer a long term guarantee on any live animal. Once it leaves our facility we cannot control how the snake is cared for. It you have any problems down the road on a snake you can contact us and we will give you the best suggestions that we can. We have been keeping all types of reptiles and have a vast knowledge of what your new snake needs or why it might be acting the way it is.

    Receiving a snake and wanting a credit for nonfeeding is not a valid reason for a return. Improper husbandry, wrong size prey, wrong type of prey, too much handling and many other factors can cause a ball python of any size or age to refuse to eat right away. The larger and older a snake is the longer it can refuse to eat with out any detrimental health concern. When you receive your new snake please set him or her up in their new enclosure and do not attempt to feed for 3-5 days, and avoid handling your new snake for a week so he can settle into his new home. If you are having a problem with your new snake eating you can contact us and we will be happy to give you suggestions as to what to change to get your snake to eat.

    We do not offer a cash or credit refund policy after you have placed your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can ship the snake back to us through appropriate shipping methods at the purchasers expense. Once we receive the snake back, and it was correctly and safely shipped, we will offer the purchase price of the snake, less shipping cost, as credit to use on any other snake of the purchasers choosing.

    Once in a while a snake will be listed for purchase but will become unavailable. If this happens we will contact you. Due to this being a technical error on our end you will have the choice to pick any other snake of equal value, pick a snake of greater value and pay the difference, pick a snake of lesser value and receive a refund in the difference of value, or you can receive a credit in full.


  • Miscellaneous
  • The snake pictured is the snake that you will get. We take our time photographing our snakes and capture images of them as close to real life colors as possible. The snake pictured is the exact snake that you will be receiving unless otherwise noted.


    Are you a pet store, distributor, reseller or exporter? We can meet your wholesale needs. We produce 1000's of ball pythons every year in our facility. These are C.B. right here, not farmed or imported. We produce tons of normal and low-mid price single and double gene morphs that are not listed on this website.
